We’ll probably click if…
- You have a repetitive, rule-based process that eats hours every week.
- You want a fixed price up front and to own the code when it ships.
- Your tools have APIs (or live in Google Workspace) — most do.
- You can spare 20 minutes to review a demo at each milestone.
Probably not a fit if…
- You need a full-time salaried employee — I’m project-based.
- The process is still undefined; we’d be inventing rules, not automating them.
- You need someone in your office, 9–5 your timezone (I’m GMT+6, async-first).
- The goal is the cheapest possible quote rather than the hours back.
